Hotel Cuore: Mexico City's Sexy Cheap Hotel Room Tour

Our intent was never to stay the night in Mexico City but as the sun set and we realized that we didn't have a headlight it became clear that we needed to find a place to stay. Typing "cheap hotels" into Google got us nothing we'd refer to as cheap but we put in "hotels barato" which is the same thing in Spanish and we had all sorts of options. This place was 520 pesos and once we confirmed that over the phone we headed towards them. We got lost, mostly the fault of me and Google but eventually made it there.

Now what we got wasn't at all what I expected but apparently John was more prepared than me from street view photos on google. This hotel wasn't just a hotel, it was a sexy hotel one intended for couples and set up for sexy fun.

The whole thing was over the birds you see in the photo above, which was taken as they messed up the shower as we got ready to head out that morning. Four of those six birds have now died, and the other two are coming back from a respiratory infection.

It came with a complimentary condom, one I took home for the novelty of it. Later upon reading the package I found that these are actually distributed through a company in Acapulco.

Those bars are handles. Not kidding.

The room service was honestly decently priced, we just were too stressed to consider trying any of it. Next time we go to Mexico City we may stay here again hopefully less rushed and stressed.

This is a little serving door for the room service so you don't even have to put on pants!

I knew something was up when we drove up to the place with it's bright red LED hearts. There was even a menu with sex toys, to be shared in the next post about this place so stay tuned! Our official review of the place was it was a nice seedy hotel, it was just the right blend of budget fun and sexy without being weird or creepy.
