Viajando conmigo - Traveling with me #25: Parque Gulliver - Gulliver Park
En Valencia hay un lugar especial para los niños, además de los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad como el Oceanografic o el parque de las ciencias, existe un parque muy bonito para los niños, es el parque Gulliver.
In Valencia there is a special place for children, in addition to the most touristic places in the city such as the Oceanografic or the science park, there is a very nice park for children, it is the Gulliver Park.
Se encuentra subiendo el cauce del río Turia, desde la ciudad de las ciencias de tarda unos 10 minutos andando. El camino hasta llegar al parque es espectacular, con unos jardines asombrosos y con unos caminos espectaculares para correr o ir en bicicleta, ideal para hacer deporte.
Park is rising the Turia river bed, from the city of science takes about 10 minutes walk. The road to the park is spectacular, with amazing gardens and spectacular roads for running or cycling, ideal for sports.
Hacía calor cuando hemos estado nosotros pero hemos pasado una mañana fabulosa jugando en el parque. El parque básicamente es Gulliver, ese personaje del cuento los viajes de Gulliver. Está tumbado y su cuerpo son todo tipo de toboganes, toboganes para los que es recomendable ir con pantalones largos, porque si te tiras en pantalón corto, te puedes quemar.
It was hot when we were there but we spent a fabulous morning playing in the park. The park is basically Gulliver, that character in the story Gulliver's travels. He is lying down and his body is all kinds of slides, slides for which it is advisable to go with long pants, because if you throw yourself in shorts, you can burn your legs.
Para subir a Gulliver hay cuerdas y unas escaleras, desde las que se tienen unas vistas espectaculares de todo el cauce del río Turia. Si vais a Valencia, es un lugar que tenéis que visitar, os dejo la ubicación también aquí.
To climb to Gulliver there are ropes and stairs, from which you have spectacular views of the entire course of the Turia river. If you go to Valencia, it is a place that you have to visit, I leave the location here too.

Ay Valencia... Tan cerquita estaba, pero nunca la visité. Una amiga mía estaba viviendo allí por un año pero mi visitó en Jerez de la Frontera.
Ese parque me parece muy interesante y divertido, particularment para los niños. Sería genial como fotógrafo también, por supuesto. Una cosa de Valencia que me gustaría haber visto cuando vivía en España es lo de las Fallas. :-)
