While studying at school in the 5th grade, I chose to study French instead of English. I believed that one day I would go to France and I need this particular language to communicate with the locals.

As you see, dreams always come true!

Apparently there are no people who would not want to see the symbol of Paris - the Eiffel Tower. It was one of my dreams as well.

I was fortunate enough to see this iron beauty at daytime and at night.

When it starts to darken, the tower is lit by hundreds of lights and it's just incredible.

There are 2 ways to climb to the top of the tower: by the stairs and by the elevator. Ticket price - 16 euros (but as it turned out later, it's only to the stage 2).

We decided to save time and take the elevator. There is even a special cabin, from which experts observe the work of all elevators. It looks like a part of some old museum.

We spent here few hours but for me it was like 10 minutes. It was very interesting to observe how the arc came to life, how big wheels worked on which thick steel ropes passed. This is all visible through the transparent walls of the elevator. Slightly scary but enchanting.

I can spend hours telling about this magnificent construction of the brilliant engineer Gustave Eiffel. It's best to go to Paris and look at this beauty with your own eyes!
