Kawthooley Burma with Karen Army
HI, Dear Steemians Friends.
Today I would like to share some pictures I have taken deep inside the jungle of Burma in the state of Kawthooley (Karen state) with my friends of the Karen National Liberation Army and the Karen National Defence Group, they are about 13 000 soldiers all around the Karen State and they are the king of the jungle. They were fighting Burma Junta for as long as 70 years in one of the most secret war. Karen people from there are very friends with Thailand and always help them to eradicate all kind of threat that can come from Burma sides such as drug convoy and dangerous peoples. Today the Burmese government has signed a cease-fire with them, so life is way better and the guns have stopped but still has to take care of the mines. Every time I go to Burma I am always happy to see them, they are people close to nature with a very beautiful way to see life. I know I am kind of privileged to be one of the rare people to know them and I can say Karen peoples and army are always at the best place in my heart. Here some random pictures.

Sure Karen people are friendly and always good thinking, they are close to nature and deserve a durable peace.

The war is over for now and many Karen refugees in Thailand are going back to Burma and start a new life build new houses and villages. There is hope for a brighter future, they all very thankful to Thailand.

Yes, a better future is on the way for Karen people they return to what is their life for centuries living with nature, they are lovely people :)
