Turkish breakfast
This morning, we had our Turkisk breakfast served at our hotel terrace.
Nice and simple.
Very nutritious.
Fresh bread served.
Turkish coffee.
With such a nutritious breakfast, we are now ready to set out for our adventure.

If you have some Raki, remember to drink it with cold water (no ice). When you pour the cold water on it, there's a beautiful louche that turns it into a milky white color (similar to the traditional Absinthe experience, if you've ever partaken).
Def go at least 3 parts water for each part Raki, as it is very strong and bold!
