This is INSANE... Surprised this Guy Lived
Stumbled upon this video earlier. So this guy was on vacation going on a hang gliding ride and his instructor forgot to strap him in. They both realized this pretty much instantly upon them getting air, but they got so much air so quickly it wouldn't have been safe for him to let go and drop.
You can see a minute or so into the ride the instructor is looking for a safe place to land, but they again quickly got too much wind under their wings and wind up gaining altitute.
It's absolutely amazing that this man was able to hold on and his instructor was able to kind of assist him in hanging on long enough for him to land. Not only were they flying for quite a while but imagine the wind resistance and bouncing around while still having to hang on.
The man lived, his only injuries were something torn in his shoulder from hanging on and a broken wrist from the crash landing but it's amazing he survived

crazy looks like it would be a lot of fun if you were strapped in correctly. You ever done that?
I havn't. I've bunji jumped but that's about the most adventurous thing I've ever done.
That is pretty insane for sure. I was thinking they were going to dive off to the right at one point and just slam into the trees going real fast like that.
That was intense, can't believe the pilot didn't try and ditch it sooner
