Greetings travelers!
Welcome to the 17th week of the #swmchallenge where we travel around the globe and try to bring up to light the most unique and special places or events worth visiting or putting on the travel bucket list. Each week here is filled with posts full of captivating scenery, stunning images and great stories. Basically, great travel blogs worth checking out. So If you like to travel (digitally or in real life) #swmchallenge is the place to go.

It's a fun tool made by @blueorgy and @martibis that allows you to pin your posts to a specific location or browse the world map where ideally every place on the map is a Steemit post. #swmchallenge is my attempt to make it more popular and build a community around it.

#1 Let's travel together #61 - The Stan Valley (Valea lui Stan)
I haven't read a post this exciting for a while now. It's an adrenaline rush infused walkthrough The Stan Valley aka The Blood Valey, located in Romania, it's an 4.5h long circuit that connects Transfagarasn, Stan Valley, Cฤlugฤriศa Glade and Vidraru Dam. Hopefully without spoiling anything, I'll just mention that during the trip there were some lives in danger, switch from spring to winter in a couple of minutes and a bear sight. @gabrielatravels, thanks for this travel delight. Can't wait to see where you take us next time!
#2 Neo-Gothic Church Las Lajas Sanctuary
@nameless-berk takes us to the southwest Colombia state of Nariรฑo and shows us a magnificent neo-ghotic style basilica church featuring breathtaking architecture, a religious myth of why it came to existence and a mysterious image of the Virgin Mary that nobody knows the autor of. #3 Valley Of Fire
@rosy440 shows us the Valley of Fire State Park, a National Natural Landmark in Nevada. The state park got its name from red sandstone formations, which formed from shifting sand dunes 150 million years ago that often appear to be on fire when reflecting the sun's rays.

It's always dissapointing to see that happen but as you know it's not odd to see that here as most are circle jirking their way to raping the reward pool.
