I get several votes below the dust threshold on posts, so I assume they get added to my post author rewards, but I am thinking they would be more profitable as comment upvotes then post upvotes, because dust sweeper would then kick in.
What do you think?
Do you have any ideas about turning dustvotes in posts into dust votes on comments where dustsweeper would actually help?

As long as your post / comment past the threshold then the dust votes are counting. You lose dust only when the payout doesn't pass the dust threshold.
Dusty has become very popular and is a little over worked so if you see some of your comments not getting upvoted by @dustsweepers that is why. Current average is upvotes a day per user.
