Visiting Montenegro part II – swimming in the Blue Cave
On the open sea, close to Herceg Novi in Montenegro lays this natural phenomenon, which is classified in the natural jewels of the Mediterranean. The Blue Cave is located on the Adriatic Sea close to the border of Croatia and Montenegro.
This natural creation is one of the largest in the cave series on this peninsula, and it was created at the foot of a 30-meter-high cliff, as a result strikes of sea waves on the rocks.
The cave has two openings, a smaller and a larger one. Through the larger hole smaller boats can enter, allowing tourists to attend indescribable games of light and water in the interior.
When the days are bright and sunny, the sunlight enters inside the cave making the water and the walls seem indigo blue.
The resonance of the cave hall is so strong that it turns all sounds into echo.
Swimming here inside was a one of a kind experience. My photos are slightly blurry since I was taking them from the boat and it was quite dark and wavy inside.
Ja more ove godine prvi put obidjoh juče. Nekako sam uspeo da izvozim 6000 km i promašim sva mora koja postoje. Tako da je Piran bio za utehu. Čak i lepši nego obično, sa možda desetoro turista.
Nadam se da more nije bilo hladno za kupanje :D
Nisam se usudio. Nema veze, bilo je sjajno. Lepo miriše, galebovi prave atmosferu i niko mi ne upada u kadar :)

It was a great experience.
