Visiting a Supermarket @ Slovenia with Travelgirl
Hi Steemians
Where I love visiting when I go to a new country or city is to check out the local supermarket - the bigger the better. The reason behind this is I can see what produce they offer, try something new if it’s something I haven’t seen before and most importantly, can stock up on some gifts. I love giving food type of presents to friends and family so they can also try out what other countries can offer (which of course can be taken through customs). What I love at the Slovenia supermarket are the hot food on offer. We bought a few hot meals for dinner and some vegetables for dinner, everyone had loved the meal!

don't you have the fruit and veg pre weighing thing in the supermarkets in Australia?
No ar we just put everything in our trolleys and they do it at the front lol
@travelgirl, I think that Slovenia is very nice place to visit.
Btw, the bananas has also #1 in the stores here in Moscow, Russia.
Lol maybe bananas are the number 1 selling fruit available all year round 😂😂
This may actually sounds crazy but i guess i have never been to a super market before but i have allways see it in movies
No of course not. Depends where you are, you have outdoor markets etc
