Day Trip to Bridgton, Maine

Went for a little jaunt with my mother to the little town of Bridgton, Maine yesterday. It was cloudy for most of the day and rainy for some, but still quite beautiful.

We first stole a look inside the “Magic Lantern” theatre. We were not in the mood to watch movies but we got some photos.

We found a little trail nearby that led to a beautiful bridge.

I was delighted to see such a large beautiful park right in the middle of town.

It felt so majestic and untouched.

Next we walked through town on the way to nearby “Highland Lake”. It is a good sized small town; full of enough shops and restaurants for anyone.

We had a lovely picnic by Highland Lake; picnics are underrated.

We were exploring the beach when the rain started thundering down on us; so we hid under the shelter of the beach hut.

Is started literally pouring so we decided to drive around, we had a short wet visit to Long Lake nearby; just to take photos.

These are all unedited and unfiltered and I made the post from my phone; so again I am unsure how it will come out. I will post more doctored photos at another time; now I will just finish enjoying Maine; thank you so much for your support!
