Walk around the city of Novorossiysk № 2 , Russia

I already wrote about the city of Novorossiysk. But, today we will again take a walk through this port city and look into those places where we were not last time. This modern city and the construction of new houses continues constantly. And also new interesting monuments appear.

However, the old Central part of the city remains almost unchanged. But, of course, landscape design is improving. The city becomes more beautiful and cozy.

The monument to Lenin is in almost every city in Russia, and in every settlement.

But the monument to our General Secretary Brezhnev is only in Novorossiysk and nowhere else in Russia. But, the townspeople decided to perpetuate his memory not because he was the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, but because he fought during the Second World War in this city. And he showed courage, resourcefulness and heroism.

Since Novorossiysk is a port city, there are many foreigners here and they are happy to take pictures near this monument.
Almost any event in the city is immortalized in the monuments. This beautiful composition reflects the events of the Civil war. When the remnants of" white troops " forced to were to flee abroad, leaving our native Land. The monument is called "Exodus", it was installed in 2013 on the embankment of Novorossiysk.

The most majestic and famous memorial is on the Lesser Earth. This area of Novorossiysk for 225 days heroically fought against the German invaders. Landed troops showed incredible courage and heroism.

And this is a monument to the founders of the city Raevsky, Lazarev and Serebryakov. By the way, the most beautiful embankment in the city is named in honor of one of the founders of Novorossiysk, Admiral Serebryakov.

Novorossiysk is a warm, sunny and very friendly city. He is always glad to guests from other cities and countries. And such a strong friendly handshake you can see in the park Frunze.

Right at the water's edge on the waterfront of Novorossiysk in 2013, the construction of a new church of Saints Peter and Fevronia. These saints are very revered in Russia. And the temple should be very beautiful.

Я уже писала о городе Новороссийске. Но, сегодня мы снова прогуляемся по этому портовому городу и заглянем в те места, где мы не были в прошлый раз. Этот современный город и строительство новых домов продолжают постоянно. А также появляются новые интересные памятники.
Однако старая центральная часть города остается практически неизменной. Но, конечно, ландшафтный дизайн совершенствуется. Город становится красивее и уютнее. Памятник Ленину находится почти в каждом городе России и в каждом поселке.
Но памятник нашему Генеральному секретарю Брежневу только в Новороссийске и нигде в России. Но горожане решили увековечить память не потому, что он был Генеральным секретарем ЦК КПСС, а потому, что он сражался во время Второй мировой войны в этом городе. И он проявил храбрость, находчивость и героизм.
Поскольку Новороссийск-портовый город, здесь много иностранцев, которые с удовольствием фотографируются возле этого памятника.
