#1 Travel to Beijing (2) The Great Wall 北京之旅 (2) 萬人長城

The Great Wall of China is famous in so many ways that everyone has probably heard. There's a saying “He who doesn’t reach the Great Wall in no hero” @aaronli made sure he's a hero and went there with his dad. They took a two hour bus ride from Beijing and when they got there is was packed with tourists as expected. There's a sliding car that goes through a tunnel to take them up to the Great Wall and once they there, there are more tourists. The endless wall is a magnificent scene for one to marvel, but what @aaronli found more interestng were all the people taking photos and carving their names on this historical wall. Thumbs down on that from me, otherwise definitely worth going.

#2 Canadian Rockies: Spirit Island, Maligne Canyon and the Grizzly bear encounter, Jasper National Park Day 4-25+ pictures

@ladybug146 does a few stops on her trip to the Rockies, Canada in her post. The first place she went is the Spirit Island which is actually a peninsula with a tragic legendary love story. The boat tours are very popular and she had to book in advance to make sure she ticked it off her bucket list. After the boat trip, she went to Maligne Canyon. This is part of the Maligne Lake water system that carved into the mountain over several centuries and there's a trail that takes her through some breathtaking canyons and waterfalls.

#3 Montenegro Adventure, Day Two (Part I)

Our last featured post is from @lighteye he continues his Montenegro adventure, and today he is at Kotor old town. Kotor is a popular town for cruise boats and can get very busy with tourists. That's not surprising considering the town has a lot of history and has quite a lot to offer for tourists. From the parking lot outside the old town, he wanders past the River Škurda and a nice park. As he approachs the square in the old town the first thing he sees is the clock tower that dates back to 1602. There's also a time machine which apparently dates back to the 9th century and still works!
