Aleksandrovska Street is the largest and most famous pedestrian zone in Burgas. It starts at the railway station, there is a bus station nearby, stretches across the center of the old city. The total length of the street is about one kilometer, which is a lot by the standards of Bulgarian cities.

Aleksandrovska street is quite wide and green, here you can always hide in the shade of trees from the hot summer sun. There is no unique building here, just a house 2-4 floors high. Many cafes, including open, shops and shops.

The unusual dry fountain "Dolphins" adorns the street. In the summer it is nice to sit under an umbrella or walk barefoot, and for children the opportunity to have fun, running between the fountains of water.

Next is the area of administrative buildings. Here is the highest and modern hotel "Bulgaria", which has a small interesting park with sculptures and fountains.

And immediately the park begins the second pedestrian street, Bogoridi, which goes towards the Primorsky Park and the seaside promenade.

City Hall, opposite the fountain and comfortable benches under the canopy of trees. Immediately close to the theater and several office buildings - business centers, restaurants, hotels, hostels, cafes.

Recently, a holiday organized by the political party of Burgas was held here - national music and dances, in which residents who came to support their party were also involved. Do you know another city that has its own political party?

This is perhaps the busiest place in the city. Here, from morning to late evening, there are many people, both working during the day and having a rest in the evening. Little Asia always has a lot of visitors.
And in Burgas there is a real “navel of the city”, the so-called “zero kilometer” sign. Often, near the sign of "zero kilometer" a lot of tourists. It is believed that in this place is the center of the city, so all other buildings are focused on it.

From the City Hall to the central square there are many small brand shops and a large Bill supermarket. There are mainly small shops and shops with goods of Bulgarian, Turkish and Chinese origin.

Finally, we reach the Troikat Square, which is the main square of the city. In recent years, it has been completely renovated and acquired a modern look. On the square the most important events in Burgas are held - the celebration of the city’s day, the New Year. Recently I was lucky to get to the festival of fish and wine.

Perhaps it is noteworthy shopping center "Tria", which is located on the square. But there is a relatively small range. On the square is the building of the Court of Justice of the city.
And of course, the Troikat Square is famous for the monument “Alesha”, as the monument to the people was nicknamed. The monument to the soldier of the Soviet Army was established in 1953. On a high pedestal stands the figure of a warrior with his left hand raised up. The monument was erected by Bulgarian architect Minkov and sculptors Radoslavov and Atanasova.

Since then, several generations of residents of Burgas have changed, and the “Burgas Alesha” has become one of the business cards of the city, its symbol. There were people who advocated the demolition of monuments to Soviet soldiers. But the Supreme Court of Bulgaria ruled to ban the demolition of the monument.

And right in front of the monument “Alesha” there is a fountain spray. It is very unusual to look at the water sprayed from under the tile. It looks like a fog creeping over the ground.
Behind the fountain-spray are beautiful long flower beds with green overseas plantations and a series of stepped fountains.

There are many city events, holidays and festivals on Aleksandrovsk Street. In summer you can often notice tasting soft drinks. Bulgarians love to sit at tables on the street for a long time and talk. Often they sit with the whole family, with their children, even with their babies in wheelchairs.

From the Troikat Square is very close to the end of the street. There is a small number of residential buildings, all of the first floors of which are equipped for shops and cafes, offices and garages.

Alexandrovska street is pumped, as it began, at the bus station and runs into the street with the beautiful name of San Stefano.

Here is the famous Free University in the country.
