These signs state there is no parking, only loading and unloading as well as the ‘no smoking’ which comes with a 2,000 Baht fine. A few guys moved the ‘no parking’ sign because it was in their way to park their cars and they were just sitting around, and you guessed it, they were smoking too!
Don't try it in Singapore.
