Graves Mountain Mitch's Pond
The pine tree was slowly growing into the sign, you can see sap leaking out at the top of the sign.

High up there were birds circling the sky, I assume something was dead or dying and they were aware of it. They were there the whole time I was exploring Mitch's Pond. Really the only other wildlife I saw while out there.
I walked back to the main pit, people were busy working on the walls and all around looking for some exotic stones. You can see someone to the left of the photo, so small compared to the mountain side.
I decided to walk back to my truck, instead of hitching a ride on an UTV. Walking up the ridge I got a chance to snap a Ultraviolet and Near Infrared photo. The size of the site is unfathomable but once high up on the ridge I find you can really see it better.
