The Treasure
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. — Matthew 6:21 (KJV)
A person's treasure is what is most valuable to him /her. It could be money,house,cars,wife /husband,job,certificate,business,etc. The issue is not about having something treasured but where the treasure is located. The right place for our hearts and the most secured place for our treasure is Christ. One cannot be fulfilled if what they treasure is not placed in Christ and the kingdom. How then can one place his treasure in God's kingdom? By giving towards the gospel and necessities of people around us. To a fulfilled man,nothing is too big to give out. By giving we secure our destiny in God and position our hearts in eternal glory,Hallelujah. Never allow selfishness to deprive you of your place in the kingdom,for your heart and treasure can't belong to separate places. Position your treasure in God's kingdom and your heart will follow suit. Take some time to think. What is your treasure,then where is it kept?
