??? What Tree Is This??? #treetuesday with @dswigle
Hey everyone, a Fruit Tree kinda just has that look to it, from what I can tell (and I am no professional) they all seem to have broad very dark green roundish leaves.
I took a walk down to the bottom of the plot today to go and inspect the 5 hives placed at the bottom. I generally take the odd walk down yonder but I thought of @dswigle and her #treetuesday realizing today was Tuesday had to chose the perfect specimen and I feel that this one is just right.
Can you spot the question mark, question 1?? Secondly what on Earth Fruit Tree is this? I took off one of these said fruit and had a taste, It looks like a plumb, it has a pip like a Plumb, the general texture is that of a Plum, but the taste and color!!!
Yellow Plum? Could this be or some GMO ( I sincerely hope not) or a hybrid?
Pretty all the same and very interesting tasting this made the perfect candidate for @dswigle and her #treetuesday
Now just to identify what plant this is? Any ideas in comments below would be greatly appreciated.

No idea what this is. It could be a hybrid variety. I've heard of plums crossed with apricots.
Now that you mention it, that is exactly what it tastes like, I'll ask the landlord he should know. Cheer$;)

Pluot and Plumcot are possibilities.
