This is a post for Tree Tuesday hosted by @old-guy-photos A challenge I try to join as often as I can, I was not sure I would have some shots to share for this week, but we had some snow on Sunday night so I ducked out and got a few shots

I liked how the colors of the chldrens playground and the Flag waving in the wind brought some nice color to this shot

I am not a fan of the cold that comes with winter with my Weakened lungs, but I wrappe dup and went for a little walk as the snow when it is freshly fallen doe slook so beautiful.

For a second I thought you had taken a trip to Wisconsin. Very pretty 'subjects' for your pictures. The snow is prettier in New York...I didn't have to shovel it.

That's enough to make me want to cry. Lol
We paid once this year. The guy showed up at almost 8:00 p.m. Way after I had to shovel to get in the driveway....can't leave car on street or they will plow it in. Anyway, he did one snowblower path down each sidewalk and left. We did as much or more than he did.
Done bitching now. :) we got it cleaned up and we are good to go. I posted earlier this week about getting the sidewalk 'shoveled'. Takes an act of heroism.
That is terrible that is all the paid worker did I am lucky well I choose to be lucky I live in a community condo thingy now and they pay a company which clears it all for us makes it so much easier for me ;)
Oh but you miss all the joy, exercise and invigorating feeling of being out at 5:00a.m. or 10:00 p.m. or all day soaking up frigid air from the North Pole and using muscles that shouldn't be used, etc.
I doo feel ever so slightly guilty at times looking out the windoow watching the company workers doing the snow clearing, but I can get over those feelings LOL
I did my share of shovelling in my time LOL
Very nice! We have had some sun the past couple of days so there isn't much on the tress anymore, but there is plenty on the ground. Looks like they have everything plowed up nicely.
Actually yesterday the sun came out and it went up to 41 so most of the snow is off the trees, but a bit brisk this morning at 15Degrees so it was a bit icy as I went to catch he train this morning

Snow makes for some really fun photos.
I also thought the children's playground things made a neat colorful background for the first photo.
I love how thick the snow is sitting on the branches in the 2nd too.

These are pretty shots, as usual from you. Can't say I miss driving in the snow or having lingering snow but I would take that over the recent tornado that destroyed my mother's and spouse home and missed mine by about 2 miles!
Ohh NO so sorry to hear About your mothers House, I hope she was safe, I saw on the news about those Tornado’s and that puts a little snow into perspective for sure
It's a crazy world. The neighbors right across from them had NO damage at all. The home was her spouse's home he grew up in and inherited (he's 66) it now has to be leveled the foundation was messed up. They were safe though because they were out of town i just went there because there were multiple police blockades, etc trying to tell them the bestroute to take back. And make sure my mom cat was okay , the cat was fine :)
Glad to her they and the Cat are OK, but how devastating for them to loose there house and all the memories inside it, That is crazy how the tornados can wreck one area and completly miss across the road
Yeah this tornado was VERY "patchy" some areas completely destroyed others moderate to no damage right across the street. Weird
Goes to show you never know with Mother nature, she is a fickle thing

Yeah we did get a bit in this last fall, all the rest of Winter has just been a dusting up to an Inch, if our worse snow for the season is 8Inches I think we did well snow wise :)
