Tree Tuesday - Canyon of the river Mertvohid

These trees stand by the river that runs along the bottom of a canyon. It has a whimsical name - Mertvohid (ukr), that means in english something like backlash. I think it's because of a slow river's flow.

It was the end of a cloudy day in April. Trees, and bushes, and grass were starting to blossom. But trees by the river had a bark of dark yellow color. I think it is also a kind of blossom or growing of .... some life.
