What is the best way to empower the masses?

To empower someone, a single person, is to give them the authority, the capacity or ability to do something. Whether it is to change a negative feature of themselves personally; or to persuade others to follow their lead.

But what happens when you need to empower a group of people; a LARGE group of people?

Let's see how many ways I can come up with to empower a mass of people:

• Give them knowledge
• Give them truthfulness
• Give them positive reinforcements
• Have a common goal
• Listen to all sides
• Take all conversations of pros and cons
• Be open-minded
• Mentor certain people who can oversee others in groups with a collective end result
• Share experiences; both good and bad
• Learn from the mistakes of the past
• Guide others to where the agreed upon place is
• Give the masses the appropriate tools needed to succeed
• Be unbiased and unified
• Speak often of the previous successes accomplished to encourage continued movement

I am sure I have missed a few, but those are the ones that come to mind first. We may not all agree on everything, but people should be able to agree that success, the future being a positive place and potential ways to get there as a unified collective only helps us.
