What would you do if you had all the resources you needed? The Abundance-Education Hub (Tribesteemup bi-weekly question)

I am super-thrilled about this recent Tribesteemup biweekly question posed by @whatamidoing who has been an instructive supporter of mine on this platform from the very beginning.

The question is: What would I do for Society if I had all the resources I needed?

And I gotta say, for once I completely know the answer to that one and I have been waiting for an opportunity to share my thoughts on the matter ;)

To put it in a nutshell - the plan is to build a life and a place of abundance and knowledge in order to offer the fruits of it to anyone for free who chooses to partake in the experience. In order to slowly spread these techniques and approaches to the local community and enable anyone who is willing to lessen their dependence on the matrix structure step by step by simply living in a more sensible way. With nature instead of against it. To spread a lifestyle that is more connected to the Earth and to voluntary community that will decrease and eventually make obsolete the people's dependence on systems of servitude.

An ark of abundance

When I glimpsed the possibilities of blockchain technologies to overcome rigid control structures of the current socioeconomic system of scarcity the vision of where I wanted to take this journey suddenly became clear, after years of trying to figure out a better way for the future.

Where many people seem to want to eventually inherit their cryptos to their children as a form of value, my mission is radically different than that: I want to use cryptos as a tool to decouple from the system as much as possible when or before they reach mass adoption and have grown so much in value that they will pay for the expenses needed to start this abundance community.

I really do not think pursuing crypto for crypto's sake is a great idea - after all it is intangible, digital and at the end of the day fictional (because it is numbers in a computer network rather than something touchable, edible or usable in the physical realm). It may also turn out to be something other than we thought down the line, so to me this abundance furthering technology can only be a means to an end, not the end itself.

Similar to paper money it would not help people eat if push came to shove and our system exploded one day, if electricity companies stopped supplying power, if the internet were shut off or if food corporations stopped producing "food" - quite the contrary: If all your value is in crypto during that time you may as well have a million dollars laying around on the day that banks have closed, hyperinflation has set it and we as people are cut off from the necessities of life.

So instead of putting all my faith into the assumption that crypto will somehow be the new cash for centuries to come that will grow 10.000 X in value I want to use it to get back to tangible value in the midterm, to build a place where knowledge is shared, food is grown and people can learn to take matters into their own hands - an eventual complete withdrawal from relying on any monetary instruments for day-to-day life.

The inspiration for this came years ago when I stumbled upon the amazing work of Miracle Farms Canada, come check it out, it will be the template for this abundance community! With the impending crypto revolution I feel I have a great shot at actually gathering all the resources I need to make this community a reality with a few dear friends of mine!

What do you mean?

The plan has become somewhat concrete: Find some land that wants to be settled, use digital assets and their incredible rise in 'monetary value' to eventually purchase that land and the tools needed to start a large permaculture yard, food forest and Earthship community where the doors are always open to the neighboring communities.

The idea is to not only become completely self-sustainable but to show people in the area who are interested how to start a food forest on their own, how to build houses like Earthships from the ground-up through workshops, how to produce their own electricity, etc. If you are not familiar with Earthships you can read about them and take a digital tour here

Eventually I see a place in my mind's eye where all the local people and owners of small restaurants can come to pick fresh veggies for their kitchen for free whenever they choose to do so, instead of ordering them through a megacorporation. A place where there will be workshops held regularly to teach people how to build houses of their own that make sense instead of continuously relying on third party apartment buildings where rent keeps getting more expensive while the houses have long been outdated and are an actual outrage considering the alternatives that exist today.

A place where kids can learn to play music and to produce their own tracks... A place where my friends and me will have the forum to share what we have learned with the local population to empower them and to spread these self-empowering concepts to their friends and families. Not because they are forced to do so but simply because they are invited to come see how smart it is and how sensible, and then to gradually teach them about the basics - especially the younger generations who are always eager to learn.

There will be ample opportunity to learn by doing, rather than sticking to a theoretical schedule. Many Earthships will want to be built on the premises and for that many hands will be needed. Much like I want to learn how to build these myself through practice, the locals around this new abundance community will be invited to help out and by doing so be able to learn how to make these themselves. And then we'll go and build theirs!

Apart from the specific skills and knowledge that will be taught by this "pilot project" there will be an even more valuable effect: to anyone participating: People will be reminded of the value of cooperation and how easy it actually is (compared to the propaganda we are fed every day these days) to live a life of abundance.

And the best case for showing this to people is to invite them to come pick from the permaculture garden whenever they want to.

How can this be sustainable? Simply because food forests create massive amounts of organic produce that - often times - amounts to more than people in the area can eat.

I don't know where this community will be started yet and when, I just feel that through the pending crypto revolution it will be a golden opportunity to gather all the resources I would ever need to break the cycle of servitude by investing cryptos into actual things like land and tools at a smart time, and then to start working on that rather than continously gathering more and more intangible numbers on a screen until I am an old man and still rely on megacorporations for my daily needs. No thank you!

After the land, the Earthships and the food forest have been established partaking in the crypto space will be a purely optional choice, and not a mandatory measure in order to keep surviving.

And naturally, 'til mass adoption IS here, I will do everything in my power to teach people about cryptos as well, and how it could free them from their 9-5 if they are willing to learn and to choose a different path for themselves and their children.

A less dependent path on the system's fictions, and a more dependent path on nature and hidden technologies and techniques that further abundance, obliterate scarcity and give the people back their true power if they choose to take it. We always were the powerful ones, we have just forgotten. Nature and empathic human beings able and willing to share knowledge are here to remind us of it, I think that's why we are really here on Earth. To remember and to overcome the rigid shackles of the matrix-illusion. Together.
