This Weeks question was put forward by our Tribe Founder @kennyskitchen and it is a very important question. We are at a crucial stage now in the world, where we need to be proactive, we need to work towards change. How do we make that happen, well the first step is to ask the question. It is to plant the seeds, seeds that encourage everyone to take responsibility for how they live and the decisions that they make.

Of course not everyone is aware and some are just not welling to change, but for those of us who are, for those of us who are eager to take on that responsibility, then we need to live by example. We need to be the change, to show the way. How we live our lives, how we interact with others, how we chose to raise our children these are all things we have control over and all things that will help to empower ourselves and our tribe members more.

This question was put forward by @kennyskitchen and it is a question that I have thought a lot about, because this is what I want to be doing. So many people in the world today, have no idea what they are capable of, are not aware of the fact that we are all creators. They have happily followed other people's expectations, have walked the path that so many have walked before them. A path that they could follow with their eyes closed, so comfortable in their existence. Well taught, to not ask any questions, to only follow and obey.

For myself, I think that a large part of the answer to this question can be found directly in the question itself. Information is one of the most powerful tools that any individual can possess, and certainly is it a powerful weapon as well. With the proper information at hand, people can make well-thought out and informed decisions which can bring about great amounts of change. To empower someone, a single person, is to give them the authority, the capacity or ability to do something. Whether it is to change a negative feature of themselves personally; or to persuade others to follow their lead.
