Mersin province has a lot of museums and cultural places to visit.
When you have time, go for an afternoon visit at the Mersin Archaeological Museum.
There are 2 floors of exhibitions in this museum.
You actually enter into a time tunnel going back to stone age.
The displays are quite interesting as some are created like life size models.
