Is trump about to flip the 9th circuit court?

The 9th circuit court has for a long time been a liberal bastion. Every time Republicans have tried to do anything, the 9th court steps in to block or just gerrymander about. Well now that the He has replaced 2 supreme court justices and Ruth Ginsburg could kick off any day now he sets his sights on the thorn in his parties side. It will be very interesting to see how this all goes. If he can replace most of the judges this could be a complete tipping point in how e see things handled in the states. Once this is completed perhaps they can get to the real things like actually draining the wamp or locking up Hillary.
