#Ulog (day06) July 10 2018 Tips on how the Saluyot Vegetables Stay Fresh for 1 Week

Good day #steemian, we went to the supermarket yesterday and I saw this vegetable we called "Saluyot" in the Philippines and with s scientific name of Corchorus Olitorious. Saluyot is herbaceous vine that is popular leafy vegetables in South east Asia. It is a good source of iron, vitamin B and C and calcium, and it includes treatment of gestational diabetis in pregnant women..

In the Philippines, it grows anywhere and you can ask it to your neighbor's backyard for free, but here in our place its very much expensive that why I'm giving you a simple TIP on how to preserve this vegetable if you are very much busy in your work and you can not cook on time.

To stay it fresh first, you take empty container put your Saluyot and put water then wrap with plastic cellophane and that's it. It's still fresh even it takes 7 days without the used of the refrigerator.
