#Ulog 19 / 12 -June- 2018- Shake/Smoothie Carrots.
Last week I was able to make avocado and ripe mango shake/ smoothies. Yesterday I tried to make carrots shake. I went to Supermarket and bought 4 pcs of carrots. Carrots are known as roots vegetable and its cultivated across in many countries including the Philippines. It is originally a native from Asia.
Carrots contribute health benefits essential to our body. A study shows that carrots help lower cholesterol and blood pressure. It is also rich in Vitamins A that is essential to healthy eyes. Source of Vitamin C, E, and K. It helps boost the immune system.
A nutritious carrots shake/smoothie.
Procedure to make carrots shake.
Wash the carrots.
Cut into small pieces.
Place the sliced carrots in the blender.
Add 2 spoon condensed milk.
Add 1 spoon, honey.
1/4 cup fresh milk/cow's milk.
Add a cube of ice.
Cover and start blending for 2 minutes.
Take from blender and transfer into the glass and serve.
