#Ulog (Day 37) July 08, 2018" Vegetable and Fish for Dinner

Last night I am craving the foods that usually prepared in the Philippines especially if you are living in the province. I have grown up in a simple life, simple place and simple lifestyle but yet in a healthy living. I love to eat any vegetables, not all people like vegetables. I have known many people who don't like it, but eating a fresh vegetable is a way of healthy living and it contributes health benefits.

After my duty yesterday I went to supermarket and buy vegetable and fish such as lady finger or known as okra, for just 2 AED, eggplant for 2 AED also and the famous galunggong fish in the Philippines for only 5 AED. All are very affordable yet nutritious and less expensive.

When I reach home I washed the okra, and eggplant and boiled together. When it becomes soft I took it from the cooking pot.

Eggplant and okra can be a perfect dinner if you have fry fried-pan fish such as Galunggong.

To make it more delicious taste I prepare the sauce such as sliced tomatoes, onion, ginger added by soy sauce.
