#Ulog (Day90)17 Sept 2018 " My homemade Miki Noodles Recipe"
Yesterday I am craving for miki pasta so I decide to prepare this kind of recipe.I learned to make this dishes through my friend which is also my roommates. Every weekend she used to prepare this recipe.This is an Ilocanos miki noodles recipe.
My homemade miki noodles pasta.
Mixed the ingredients and let it simmer.
Ingredients :
Homemade miki noodles pasta.
Shredded chicken breast.
Chicken broth
Crushed garlic and onion
Cooking oil
Eggs
Fish sauce
Boiled sliced eggs.
Procedure:
Prepare a cooking pan, add cooking oil and heat.
Saute the garlic, onion until it turns to light btown.
Add the flaked chicken, water and broth.
Add salt blackpepper to have a great taste.
Put -in the miki noodles gradually and stir.
Take from cooking pan and add sliced eggs.
Serve hot.
Miki noodles
To make this miki noodles combine ingredients such as flour, water and beaten eggs.Mixed together to make a dough.Then make it flat by using rolling pin.Cut into a thin strips.
