#ULOG -24- (Celebrating Independence day in the Philippines)
All filipinos celebrating Independence day today. June 12, commemorating the Philippine Declaration of Independence from Spain on June 12, 1898. Since 1962, it has been the country's National Day.
My way of celebrating Independence day is to salute all soldiers and admire them for being strong and courageous. I know its not easy to become a soldier.
I was having some fun time with the filipino soldiers in ayala cebu a while ago,
I can't stop myself from asking them to have a picture with me. It's an honor to have a photo with them.
I also thank them for being faithful to their duty, for being strong and brave to keep our country from chaos.

Independence day in the Philippines is also for everyone who was being freed from any bondage.

It's nice to commemorate the heroism of our past independence heroes, but we should not forget our present heroes and they are the Soldiers of today. I salute them, and kudos to you also @azilana01 for featuring them here on your blog...Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Filipinos, may we also experience Freedom from the bondage of Poverty!
