Are you a food lover as I do? 😄😄😄You will not get disappointed if your choice of food trip is in the City Of Pines, Baguio City.

Just yesterday afternoon, me with my two sisters @ayahlicious and Shyla Mae(Our bunso-last sibling) went to the town. Our main purpose was to buy clothes for our Shylla but then, when we were in the jeepney, my sisters started planning to eat somewhere and who I am to disagree? Food is loved. Hehe. So we ended up at GOOD TASTE RESTAURANT.

As we arrived, one service crew gave us their menu. We chose the Goodtaste Rice, their specialty next to Good Taste Fried rice which is worth 100 pesos or $2. The only difference is the fried rice of the first menu with additional 20 pesos (less than $0.5) so that is only 120 pesos.
Well, there are lots of choices from their menu, there are buckets and/or servings entended for a group of people but we chose their specialty of the house.

While waiting for our main course that will take 10 minutes to be prepared, we also ordered hot tea with milk to drink.It’s so cold yesterday afternoon here in Baguio because it was raining the whole day so we need hot beverage to eliminate the cold even just for a while. Hmmm…their hot tea with milk taste so good to warm the day.

We also took photos together while the food is not yet served. Normal na gawain ng mga Pilipino tuwing may pinupuntahan, ang magselfie kahit walang magandang view. Lolx. Buti nalang mga pinay kami,bagay pa din hehe. Kidding.

At last the food was served after a few minutes...Charannnn...

My younger sisters were trully hungry as I was thinking but NO! They just love and craved for the good taste food. LOL.

Let’s talk about the restaurant…

Whoever stayed here in Baguio before, I am sure that THE GOOD TASTE RESTAURANT is not a surprise for them. It is one of the well-known restaurant that almost all Igorots want to have their breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even tourists likes to eat at the said restaurant.

Why is Goodtaste so famous?

1. The food is so tasty and delicious as proven not only because of the restaurant name itself.
2. The food is more than its price. Whooaaa! Just as I wanted my food to be, my plate is so full with small amount of rice, lots of vegetables (chop suey) and a big slice of my favorite litson manok (Roasted chicken).
3. The place has a good ambiance.
4. Good for family and friends.
5. They also cater big occasions, such as birthdays, business meetings, etc.
6. The service is excellent. Well, as for my experience, the service crew are attentive enough for the needs of their customers. Not only that, they are also fully smiled to us.

Good taste restaurant is just one of those restaurants here in Baguio with good Filipino taste that make you decide to come back and visit the City of Pines.
