#ulog 40: There's Power in the Word!

God wants us to understand that there is power in his word! God's word, the bible is a never failing remedy for sicknes and deceases and any other circumstances that comes our way.

My son, pay attention to what I say;
turn your ear to my words.
Do not let them out of your sight,
keep them within your heart;
for they are life to those who find them
and health to one’s whole body.
Proverbs 4: 20-22

God's words give life to our spirit, body and soul. when we attend to God's word that tell us Jesus our saviour, we're born again and our spirit becomes a new creature.

But God is also intetested in our body, his word is health to our flesh. He does not want his spirit who comes to dwell in us in a dilapidated body. He wants his spirit to dwell in a healthy whole body. That's because the life and the nature of God on the inside should be demonstrated on the outside.

The word of God act like a medicine for us. taking medicine heals the body. We need to learn how to take the medicine of the word of God and let heal our bodies.
