#Ulog (05-09-18) Day 02 : @surpassinggoogle | Our First Gym Woukout

Before anything else, I would like to thank @surpassinggoogle for this kind of community where we can share our daily event or our daily lifestyle whether small or big but does an impact towards fellow steemians!

Moving on, we've went to 3 gyms before deciding where to become a member. The first is Rhema Fitness Gym @ basak, Lapu-lapu City near Gaisano Grandmall Basak, the second is Fortis GYM Lapu-Lapu Mactan near Mactan Doctor's Hospital and third is the Rox Fitness Gym. Actually, the first was great, the place was awesome. The gym was air-condition and at some point it was still kinda new so the gym equipment were kinda new too. We really like it but it was the price that gt us down, too expensive for us. Price varies to packages or combo: monthly fee is 600 plus 150 if treadmill is included while with instructor 1200, as far as the guy who explained told us.

The second gym was really new and inexpensive too. So, it was a great option for us but most were men. It disappointed us so we turn to the other to check out. While the third gym is inexpensive, less people plus the instructor was very welcoming and really push us to persevere. So, you bet can guess which we chose right? Its the Third Gym.

The instructor gave us routine to follow to achieve the body shape we want but actually as long as the belly fats leaves it's already an achievement.

A bit of Information, we're taking up Green Tea Fat burner. Three times a day. Time are: 10 AM, 3 PM, 8PM
