ULOG: 29 "The Situbondo earthquake was felt in Surabaya, people panicked and traumatized"

The earthquake shook Situbondo and Bali early this morning. a number of residents in the vicinity of Kenjeran and parts of Surabaya City felt the Situbondo earthquake for a few seconds.
"I felt when I was going to sleep, but suddenly it shook," said Niswati, a resident of Bulak Banteng Wetan, as quoted by reporters on Thursday (11/10).
Although the earthquake occurred a few seconds, Niswati said she was worried and traumatized by a series of earthquakes that had previously rocked other areas, such as Lombok, Palu, Donggala to Sigi.
The same story was felt by Irma, a resident of Tambak Wedi, who claimed she was shocked to feel the earthquake even though it was only a few seconds. "My wife got up screaming, and asked why did I feel the shock for a while," said Abid, Irma's husband.
So was conveyed by Suci, a Demak resident, who felt the earthquake when he was going to sleep and claimed that the shock was enough even though it wasn't long. "I immediately saw the cellphone and it turned out that the majority of friends on Whatsapp shared the same story that there had been an earthquake," said the mother of three children.
In addition, according to Lukman, a Mulyosari resident, he also felt an earthquake while watching a program on television.
"I was watching TV, but suddenly it rocked. It felt like a shock," he said.
Based on information from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake shook Situbondo East Java and Bali at around 01.44 WIB. The earthquake did not cause a tsunami wave.
The epicenter location is at a distance of 55 km northeast of Situbondo at a depth of 12 km. The coordinate point of the epicenter is 7.47 South Latitude and 114.43 East Longitude.
Data from the BNPB earthquake temporarily resulted in 3 deaths. The quake also damaged 4 houses and 1 mosque in Sumenep East Java.
