A college diploma is the dearest title that I can hold unto as if it's my passport to a journey beyond. That was what my grandma who was a principal at an elementary school in our barrio used to say. I owed it from her my passion of books and creating crafts and other form of arts. She taught me how to do a crochet, woving and interlocking yarns were made into different things.

Presently as a teacher myself, I found my job rather unfulfilling. The education system is now being bombarded with lots of nonsensical reports and paperworks that needs to be done ASAP.

Leaving our classes behind and staying in our offices instead for the encoding, printing and gathering mode of verification pictures of what we have been doing during the brigada, home-room meetings, assemblies, and even documenting our discussions with the use of multimedia materials such as laptop, projector, and lapel.

These things are provided by us through seeking loan sharks just to meet this demand. We have lots of grievances that just fall on deaf ears.

I can't help making an illustration while I am having an hour break as of the moment. I feel sleepy. But sleep is a far cry. It's very hot. My cheap electric fans broke down again. Ughhhh.....

Today is my last day of my #upfundme post, I was not even able to save a good cent for the repairs of my termite infested room. Being a teacher is not as colorful as the rainbow as what many are misconcepted in thinking about. And surely, achieving a diploma with flying colors in college is an impossible dream of conquering a pot of gold afterwards.
