I am soooo jealous of people with iron-rich blood. I'm not the kind of vampire that got bit by a bat in the pale moonlight. Nope.... I'm the kind that was born with fangs! You think vampires need healthy red blood cells to live? Of course not! They just need to find a new source of energy!

It's one thing that brings out the monster in all of us. Mind you, it sounds like it keeps your monster at bay! So keep eating & drinking chocolate, Dreemie. And no biting the hand that feeds you. :)

Just got the results of my blood tests from last week. I actually have too much iron - well, too much ferritin. Couldn't figure out why. But now I know, it's the damn chocolate. Here, you can have it. Hide it away for the next 16 days...
Did I tell you I'm gearing up for a 3 days water fast next week?

and yes - i heard that! girl i think i'm on day 9? i'm so far behind in updating - but i hope today i can update. but i forgot about a trip i'm taking next week!!!! so i can't do the full 20. have to cut it down to 15 i think :(

Adventure time is a weird show for me, because it started out as mostly non sequitur brand humor, and I mostly enjoyed it. But as they built more continuity and larger story arcs, I feel like the show lost something. It must have been the writing and tone, because I normally enjoy having continuity in tv shows.
You are correct that there are a couple... questionable parts. But I think adult humor of some fashion is hidden and sprinkled in most cartoons nowadays if you look for it, partially to just give the adults watching the show with their kids some laughs.
But last I saw of it, Adventure Time is, at the very least, nowhere near as bad as Steven Universe when it comes to introducing content and concepts that are NOT meant for children.
