#ulog, All Work but no play...
The week has been so tight and busy for me both in the farm and at work.
It got to a point i started developing headaches everyday due to lack of rest.
In order to revitalise my health, i visited my doctor and he advised a day rest.
Here i am at home having a very long sleep after breakfast. It has been so helpful so far.
One lesson i have learnt i always have some time rest after the long day' task so as not to stress out the body system.
Take it easy mr busy :). Glad you are getting some rest.
lol :)) I will be taking some break from now on, the headaches were scary. Thank you for the advice friend.
