Ulog Diary #19: A Family That Craves Together Gets Full Together

our Sunday family dinner

It was already late in the rainy afternoon during our pedicure sessions that my titas decided to go out and have dinner. One tita was craving for a Kenny Roger's chicken and so my bestfriend suggested we try the Chipotle Fire Chicken. And so after making sure that our nail polish have dried up, we then got dressed and went to the spacious branch of Kenny's near us; the one at Glorietta.

There were 6 of us in the group (7 if you would count my daughter who was too fond of eating chicken than her mashed potato); me, my partner, my bestfriend @junemark, his mother and father and his tita. Craving as we were, we ordered 2 roast chicken set meals that are good for 8 pax when combined.

We ended up almost finishing the food that was supposedly good for 8.lol

We went home full and satisfied afterwards. Today has been a good Sunday that made me ready for the next day's challenge at work again. Weekend-cravings (even those on weekdays) are always best when spent with family. Mostly because eating seems more delicious when you've got your loved ones on the same table to share your food with. ❤

Now I'll be hitting the hay as all those carb-loading I did on dinner is starting to sink in and makes my eyes heavy as I'm typing.

Yes sis thank you. Supposedly 1 set lang orderin namin but we ended up ordering 2 and almost finishing all those. Each whole chcken is inclusive of 4 side dishes na and rice and drinks.
