Going green with beans
We have had a couple.of welcome, cooler days which has meant having other than salad for supper. Monday was, as usual, homemade pasta with another ragout a la leftovee. Tonight was more leftovers, including the rice.
Our beans are flourishing and we have a glut. So whatever we have, it must be with beans.
