#Ulog Going Back to the Gym Day # 9 : Yup I am Still Here

Yup I am still here and still pursuing my dream. Even if you are seeing me posting a lot of food blogs and articles related to food places I am still not stopping with my dream of being fit. I just need to be better especially on my diet. Also a lot of trainers will say that bodybuilding is always more about the diet rather than the weightlifting itself which is true as the nutrition or over-nutrition you get will always reflect in your body. Which if you looking at my body now you are guessing that I am overfeeding myself.

The bottom line is no matter how hard you work or how long you stay in the gym if your calories are always more than what you burn you will definitely gain weight for sure, not to mention that bodybuilding also adds weight in terms of muscles as well. What you will see is like the man up above a muscular but fat man which for others will look like they don't have self-discipline when it comes to food. That is my personal thoughts for today but I am sharing it to you as I know a lot of people are relating to what I have said. 

The Workout

I only did a tricep and leg workout today which the latter I have recorded. Unfortunately it was a busy night at the gym that is why I haven't recorded most of my workout as a lot of people are switching turns with the machine. Recording my workout while others are waiting seems to be rude and an embarrassing thing to do.

Exercise # 1 : Cable Squats

 

As three people are sharing the squat rack I decided to improvise my workout with this cable machine. To tell you honestly this is much more convenient without any disadvantages or difference in the squat workout itself. I prefer this rather than loading and unloading plates just to go on performing a set. In this machine all the weight is pre-loaded and all you have to do is put the lock in your desired weight. 

Exercise # 2 : Cable Lunges

I also did my lunges with this machine as I didn't take the risk of using this machine alone, with no one waiting and others are busy with other machines I decided to do some cable lunges. And just like the squats there are no difference compared to carrying some dumbbells in your side between this one. 

Exercise # 3 : Leg Press

Another workout for my Quad and I decided to go heavy on this one, I got amazed on how I managed to do 200 Kgs for 8 reps with this one as I have never wonder around near that weight. It maybe because my legs always shoulder all the weight I have, it maybe have adapted to a much heavier weight. 

Exercise # 4 : Calf Raises

Finally the muscle where a lot of people will see if you are skipping leg day or not the calf muscles. Calf Raises are my favorite and even if it is not leg day I always do 3-4 sets of it if I am motivated to do so. Calves are the first leg muscles you will see if you are wearing shorts so for the men out there my advice is for you to start working out your legs. 

The Result

And you may have guessed it on where my blog will be leading so and you have guessed it right I have increased weight yet again but I am not sad about it as always as early results does not always become your future result. It will just take time and we need to be patient about it. 

It is important to me in showing you what the status of my weight loss journey as it is my way of keeping track on my progress (if there is any) day after day of workout. So right now I am thinking of cutting some calorie intake to make my weight loss more effective.  Well that is all for now and thank you for reading and being here for my 9th post in the series. Great news! I am here to tell you that anaerobic exercise is for the dogs! All you have to do is sit-ups and jog! Push-ups are helpful! Save money on your gym membership! Do 3 sets of 25 sits ups every night and jog 3-5 miles a day! I lost lots of fat that way! If you can find a yoga DVD or download just do yoga 2-3 times a day everyday! You're doing great and I'm excited for you! You can do this! You are the light that shines brightly for the world to see and learn from! You are a special person and even you motivate me! Thank you for all of your hard work man! I truly appreciate it. Please focus more on aerobic exercise! Ladies like stamina more than short bursts of strength and more importantly its more healthy for your heart!

Thank You @dynamicgreentk actually I have signed up for my gym membership for 3 months and this is actually the first month so all of ky workouts are done in the gym as of the moment to maximize what I paid. Also after lifting some weight I do some cardiovascular exercises that really help me sweat a lot.
