ULOG: 28 "Riau Civil Servants (PNS) Have Not Received Allowances Funds"

Civil Servants (PNS) in the ranks of the Riau Provincial Government totaling around 16 thousand employees have not received Additional Employee Income (TPP) funds in the last three months. This condition was complained by civil servants.

"Since the New Order era became a civil servant, this is the first time in its history there has been a delay in TPP funds. Even though the previous administration never happened," said the PNS of the Riau Provincial Government, who declined to be named to AFP on Monday (8/10/2018).

Thus, the delay in the payment of TPP of these employees made unrest in the PNS of the Riau Provincial Government. Employees currently only receive basic salary.

"We are employees who do not have a position, most feel the impact of the delay in the TPP. If there are still positions, maybe they can still get additional from official travel and other activities. We ordinary staff can only get basic salary," complained other sources.

Separately, the Secretary of the Riau Provincial Government, Ahmad Hijazi, did not deny that the TPP fund had not been paid. According to him, the regional cash fund is still sufficient to pay the funds.

"If our cash fund is still enough to pay for the TPP fund, we are still tempted to make this payment immediately. In this week we continue to synchronize the funds available for each service," Ahmad said.

Hijazi said that the delay was not independent of the lack of funds from the Central Government. However, cash in the region will be used to make TPP payments which are delayed for three months.

"Our cash is there, but that one needs to work on everything. Because each of the financial UPTD is different from each other. There is enough to pay for someone who does not. So we need to simulate it in such a way so that there will be no noise. but there are those who haven't. God willing, this week we can also formulate it for our immediate payment, "Hijazi said.
