#ULOG 04: Saturday Feels Like!

Sharing this another #ulog post to you guys, maybe short information because I did only few activities today. I woke up early in the morning at around 5:00am, planning to jog but because I was so tired with my exercise session last night, I didn’t go for a run. Instead, I just made coffee, black coffee cause I am avoiding this 3n1 coffee that we see in some stores. I’ve been cutting back sugar and eating less fatty foods, eating healthy food this time. Feeling great whenever I wake up early in the morning since I tried sleeping early these days.

Getting ready for my work, had to go to my online classes. Geeeez!!! It was soooo hot outside, 32°C and I know it’s summer, better go to the beach and dip your body in the water... ahhh I can’t wait to swim. But thinking I still have work to do. Hmmmm plan failed but it’s all good. So I was at the office. Feeling cool, air-condition’s temperature was a bit low so it’s kind of a very comfortable emotion to stay inside. While waiting for my students, got to sip green mint tea to feel good. I love drinking teas, it can soothe your feeling. Try it !
