Ulog #28: Long Day and a Long Sleep

Good morning Steemians and Uloggers around the world!

Last night, I am supposed to write a ulog however, my brain didn't work properly. It could be that I am tired, and it's normal for our mind to not function well when you are tired.

I attended the second day of Regional Convention yesterday, and it's spiritually refreshing. Got to see lots of friends and associate with them even with limited time. My cousin offered a ride on their tricycle to go home, and i agreed. As I got home, I feel tired and starving so I took some crackers to consume. I am craving for pancit canton so I asked my cousin to buy for dinner.

It was such a long day, but it seems my body needs to rest so I decided to have a nap at about 8pm so I can write ulog and some blogs afterwards, and to attend the Steemgigs Talk Show. I laid down at the sofa, and I immediately fell asleep. I was awakened from time to time until I finally decided to go to bed. Even if I force myself to wake up and write, my productivity level is very low.

I even received some messages but I only don't know what to say, and I need to sleep. I hada long sleep of about 10 hours! Yeah, I know it's not an healthy amount. In fact, I had slight headache when I got up. But I gained some strength that I could spend for the day!

At the moment, time to start the day through this ulog, and with this simple breakfast prepared. Have a blessed day guys!
