Actually, I'm craving for bihon but I can't find here in Kuwait. So, I decided to buy pancit canton and try red cabbage for first time because I'm so curious with the color. It's so simple recipe but satisfied my cravings.
Pancit canton mixed with red cabbage
The procedure of cooking are:
- Prepare all the ingredients like the garlic, onions,
maggi cubes, olive oil, pepper, tomato, pancit canton
and the red cabbage.
- Heat the pan with olive oil
- If the oil is already heat, place the onion, garlic,
maggi cubes, tomato.
- Place the red cabbage after all the ingredients.

So, about red cabbage, it is nutritious and delicious vegetable. It is also known as purple cabbage. The health benefits that we can get from red cabbage are:

- Good in loosing weight

- Prevention of diabetes
- Improves heart condition
- Treat ulcers
