#ulog of the day: PINAKBET WITH FRIED SALTED FISH

My recipe of the day..

Philippine Pinakbet Recipe is one of the common recipes of every filipino because of its nutritious vegetables ingredients, mixed with egg plant, string beans, pumpkin and a little meat

This is a fried salted fish good as appetizer for every filipinos in every meals. This is called "mol-mol fish" here in Iligan City that are being salted and dried worth PHP200/kilo.

The making...

Ingredients:

• Pork cut into small cubes
• Pumpkins
• Egg plant
• String Beans
• Onions
• Garlic
• Red Bell Pepper
• Soy

The Process:

Put oil in the pan, once heat put on the garlic, onion and red bell pepper. Then if turns into brown, add the pork seasoned with salt and msg. Then add the pumpkins and string beans. Once its already half cook, add the eggplant and put aoy sauce. Wait until its fully cooked.

Then, its ready to serve!!!
