#ULOG DAY 6: Something Chinese!
I would just like to share this snack that we bought back in Singapore (although it's a Chinese noodles). It's a La Mian instant noodles.
Lamian is a type of Chinese noodle. Lamian is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. (Source: Wikipedia)
We bought this Chili Crab flavored noodles because I heard that chili crabs are famous there, although I wasn't able to try any, that's why I picked this flavor. This is just easy to "cook". It's the same as cooking other instant noodles... you just need to boil the noodles and drain the water afterwards and then finally add the sauce and mix together in a bowl.
All I can say about this instant noodles is that the type of this noodles is far from the usual instant noodles available in our grocery. The closest noodles I can think of is the one from Samyang instant noodles though this one is better. With regards to the chili crab sauce, I was very glad to taste this because this made me like to really try the authentic chili crab noodles in Singapore when I come back sometime. (Hmmm 2021?) Plus the ingredients in the sauce were real bits of crab meat and also the other spices too.
