#ULOG - June 11, 2018 - Air Conditioner in not working in Desert

Just barely days after we transferred to our new flat last April, we have noticed that the AC is not working properly because it didn't cool much. As previous tenants 2 years ago with the same building, we know that this is always the main problem but when the AC is working, it was also very cold. Last April when it the summer was just starting, it was okay if AC is not working. They managed to fix the problem for almost a week.

Then 2 weeks ago, the AC started acting up again. We thought the problem is with the building again and just hoped that other tenants at the building would call but they didn't.So I called the maintenance​ last Thursday​. The problem is with the motor in our flat. They got it and told us they will replace it on Sunday, supposed to be​ yesterday. So we expected it to be fixed yesterday but no one came. They should have called us that it won't be fixed on that day or didn't tell us the exact day so we won't be expecting especially that the problem is the air conditioner. I tell you guys, it is not comfortable to sleep with a hot weather. Who does?! And with a toddler. Good thing my sister @marieeugene have an electric fan. It would be ok if it is still winter here but its not and the heat goes up to 45 degrees centigrade. I called the maintenance again and the costumer service representative told us they will contact the ac maintenance team. I demanded him to call me back to update me regarding the status. I am praying they will fix it today.
