#ULOG Day: Sunrise, Beach Walk & Swimming = Natural Remedies

Hello Steemit!
I'm not feeling well and I can't sleep since last night (insomia) so me and my husband decided to go for a walk on the way to the beach to watch and capture the sunrise and for a morning swim. 25 minutes after a walk and short hill climb we're in the Ponente beach or "Playa Poniente", a 3 km beach of Costa BLanca, Spain.
I love early morning beach walks like this because There's no crowed flocking yet. Totally relaxing.
My morning is not complete w/o coffee and a coffee by the beach is always a great idea (and more insomia, lol).
Took a video of hubby while jogging and me indulging the peaceful scenery and the relaxing sound of the waves.
Indeed, the nature is a natural remedy!
We went back home after a quick swim and I'm finally able to sleep with a smile in myself. I woke up feeling better and having coffee again while sharing how my morning goes to my co #uloggers Steemian! ❤️
