In my line of work, it is inevitable that to avoid travelling especially if the office sent me out for conferences, seminars, trainings, assessments and the likes.

To be honest, at this point in my life, I'd like to minimize my travels but then again, my work is our bread and butter. We need to meet some ends, a little sacrifice had to be done. So, whenever I travel, I leave with a heavy heart knowing that I will be away for a few days and I'm always feeling sephanx from my kids especially my 11 month old baby. I am on an advocacy for an exclusive breastfeeding. I will do what I can to provide the best milk for my child. Every time I travel i carry with me my BF bag, it is important that I have with me my manual pump---my bestfriend when im away, milk storages, ice packs, nursing cover and insulator bag. Just imagine how many bags I carry, 1 backpack, laptop bag, BF Bag and my sling ba! I look like a clown! But I don't mind as long as I will still be able to continue to produce milk. These and more are the things I can do for my children. I am thankful that I am able to express my milk even if I'm away from my baby. I'm so much grateful for the inventions of breast pumps. kudos!!

In three days travel, this is my output. Not bad, right?

I could just imagine the face of my little Mali when I get home. So tell me, who wouldn't want to hurried home when this kid will greet you at the door looking like that.

I cannot wait to go home. One night my darlings.
