#Ulog Day 4----My Humble Nilat-ang Baboy/Pork Stew

Greetings of warm welcome steem buddies and uloggers! Today, I welcome everyone to our humble kitchen. This is a welcome of pure intention, so come join me as I venture in cooking my simple dish called "Nilat-ang Baboy." This dish is equivalent to what they called as pork stew as the meat is slowly cook in boiling water with heterogenous mixture of spices and vegetables. Hope, you will love this as I promise everyone this will be a sure hit!

My steem buddies and uloggers this a treat for all. Let us take a look on the simple ingredients like : red onions, ginger, cabbage, squash, gabi, string beans, salt and pepper to taste.

We have here the meat, preferably with bones to add more taste to the soup. Clean it with water and set aside as we begin our cooking process.

We need to stir the meat in the casserole with spices of red onions and ginger. This will remove the stink odor of the meat, and will enhance flavor of the meat!

After a few minutes of stirring, once you can smell that aromatic flavor, add 10 cups of water. This will continously cooked the meat, add broth cubes to further extreact the flavor of the meat. To have the sticky texture of the soup add the "gabi" and cook until tender.

Then, we have the squash this will add that radiant color of the soup plus that sweet taste to top the flavor of the soup.

Look at here, we have the green string beans to add that color of harmony. String beans my personal taste buds of choice upon cooking this "Nilat-ang Baboy." I just fall in love with string beans.

To top it all, add the cabbage which is one of the most healthy vegetable that rich in vitamins and minerals. Finally, add the salt and pepper to taste.

After an hour of stewing and cooking let me present to you steem buddies and uloggers my humble "Nilat-ang Baboy." Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!
